Substitutions may be necessary to ensure the floral product or gift selected is delivered in a timely manner. If a substitution is needed we will maintain the look and feel of the product selected by paying special attention to the shape, size, style, and color using the guidelines shown below.
Flowers
Our arrangements are made from the freshest flowers available, therefor substitutions may be required based on seasonal and regional availabilty. In arrangements of mixed flowers, the colors shown will be used substituting flowers of equal or greater value. In arrangements containing a single flower variety of flower such as all tulips or all roses, we will not substitute flower type but may substitute color if needed to deliver the arrangement in a timely manner.
Blooming and Green Plants
Similar plants of equal or greater value may be substituted based on availability. If the plant container shown is not available, a similar container will be used.
Specialty Items
If substitution is required, the item substituted will be a similar themed item of equal or greater value.
